Product Descriotion

Menthyl acetate, has a soft scent of mint and grass. Mainly used in the

preparation of peppermint, orchid and other edible flavor formula. Mainly used to prepare artificial

peppermint oil and toothpaste flavor. Rarely used in the formulation of daily chemical flavor.

Preparation or source

1. Directly extracted from peppermint;

3. Menthol and acetyl chloride are heated tog for esterification, then neutralized, organic layer is separated,

and the product is prepared by decompression rectification.
